Meet Jacob Smith, a humble Australian Desert racer balancing his life between working full-time, family life, and going really fast on a dirt bike.
While Jacob may prefer to fly under the radar a little in his small hometown of Condobolin NSW, we couldn't let his Underdog story go untold.
Jacob grew up racing in the Motocross scene in Condobolin alongside one of his Mates, Toby Price, claiming multiple Junior National MX and SX Titles along the way. Once he hit the senior ranks, Jacob made the switch to the Off-Road & Rally scene, taking out some of Australia’s most prestigious Rally and Navigation races along with competing in the Dakar Rally.
Jacob's passion for the sport of racing Motorcycles while grinding out a full-time job through the week is something we all resonate with so we decided to tag along for the journey as he prepares for the 2021 Finke Desert Race.
